COVID-19 Coronavirus Measures
Dear clients, contacts and friends,
We want to give an update to everyone about the measures we are taking concerning COVID-19 and service continuity. The health and safety of our team, clients and contacts is always paramount to us, particularly now. In line with Government advice all members of the AKC team who are able to are moving to working from home. They have access to all our systems necessary and can be contacted on the usual telephone numbers meaning that there will be very little disruption in providing services to you. This includes the Payroll which will continue as normal.
There will be a limited number of people in the AKC office at times on a split-team working basis.
Please continue to email as usual or if you have a mobile or direct line number for the member of the team that you wish to speak please ideally use that. However, the usual numbers will be answered.

Where client meetings are scheduled or required we will consult with you as to whether this needs to go ahead and that you are comfortable to do so until such time that Government advice changes. We are encouraging our team to hold meetings by telephone or video calling software such as MS Teams where possible and in agreement with you. If a meeting is to take place the AKC person attending will maintain hand washing before and use of alcohol gel before they see you.
We will aim to minimise people attending our office premises, both AKC and external, and maintain hygiene protocols including regular cleaning of common areas and touch points. In the event that you should need to attend our office you will need to ring our main number when outside.
