Farming Investment Fund
The farming investment fund is made up of two separate funds and provides grants to improve productivity and bring environmental benefits. These are:
- Farming equipment and technology fund (for grants between £1,000 - £25,000)
- Farming Transformation Fund (for grants between £25,000 and £500,000)
Farming Equipment and Technology Fund – Animal Health and Welfare Items
If you are wishing to apply for grant funded items under the Animal Health and Welfare Scheme the deadline if 15th June 2023. Water Management Grant Round 2
As part of the Farming Transformation Fund, the Water Management Grant provides funding to arable or horticultural businesses in England which are working on projects that improve:
- Productivity
- Water sustainability
- The environment
This capital grant aims to help farmers improve farm productivity, through more efficient use of water for irrigation, and to secure crop supplies for crop irrigation.
The Rural Payments Agency have announced the opening of the Water Management grant 2 online checker. This online checker is available to farmers looking to check if they can apply for the grant and this is available to use until 23.59pm on 12th July 2023.
